People often underestimate their own capacity to build and experience strength and power in their bodies.
Join seasoned Coach and Trainer, Stacy Rabel, for this highly effective six-week movement-based series focused upon the exploration and cultivation of true strength.
This series will include two classes per week in which you’ll learn to master the use of your own body weight, resistance bands, and isometric exercises to foster true, integrated strength.
People of all levels of mobility are welcome to participate in this series. Stacy is highly skilled in working with a diversity of people and is passionate about meeting people where there are.

A WORKSHOP FOR OVERCOMING STRESS, ANXIETY, & PTSD
Learn Practical Methods for Healing Including:
Stress Release Exercises
Deep Guided Relaxation
Through Brian’s own journey of healing from PTSD and burnout, he created this highly relevant workshop - offering his wisdom and knowledge of mental, physical and spiritual health and healing.
This workshop will offer you a basic understanding of how simple, scientific, Ayurvedic techniques can support you to overcome stress and anxiety. Brian will provide you with a deeper understanding of the stress formula within your own body and give you tools for finding greater peace and forgiveness. He'll guide you through methods such as Hearth Math Science, Attitude Breathing, and Brian’s integrated technique of Healing Through The Breath, and he will guide you through a gentle Stress Release Therapy Technique to help release the sacrum and psoas muscle - the muscle that stores fear and trauma .The workshop will conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra practice (also known as yogic sleep).
